The cooking surface is reinforced for maximum strength and scratch resistance. The nonstick ceramic coating allows you to cook with less butter or oil and without sticking, and it won’t release harmful fumes if overheated. The GreenPan Venice Pro collection is made from multilayer stainless steel, and the exterior surface is reinforced with Evershine. The interior cooking surface is coated with Thermolon Minerals Pro and is safe for use with metal utensils. The lids are made from glass and stainless steel.
