Because liquidation inventory varies, most sales are final. Marketplace purchases follow the rules of the platform where checkout occurred.
Before buying
Review the title, quantity, condition, contents, photos, packaging notes, shipping or pickup method, and total price. Products may be new, overstock, shelf-pull, open-box, returned, incomplete, or show wear. Stock images may identify a product but may not show the exact unit.
Direct website retail orders
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. We will review claims involving a materially misdescribed item, wrong item, or material carrier damage. Email sales@assetliquidations.org within 7 calendar days after delivery or pickup with the order number, explanation, and clear photos of the product, packaging, label, and issue. Keep everything until instructions are provided.
After review, we may provide parts, replacement merchandise, a partial refund, a return authorization, or a refund. Do not send an unauthorized return.
Wholesale and bulk orders
Unless a written quote or invoice says otherwise, casepack, pallet, bulk, and truckload purchases are final and sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults. Condition, completeness, recovery, retail value, resale value, sell-through, profitability, and marketplace eligibility are not guaranteed. Manifests, counts, brands, photos, and reference values may contain reasonable variance unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Shipping, cancellations, and refunds
Preserve packaging and report visible carrier damage promptly. Orders cannot be canceled after processing begins. If an inventory error prevents fulfillment, we will cancel and refund the unfulfilled merchandise and applicable related charges. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; allow approximately 5–10 business days for provider posting.
Marketplace purchases
Whatnot, eBay, Amazon, TikTok, Facebook, and other marketplace orders must use that platform’s return, refund, cancellation, and buyer-protection process.
