All sales through Asset Liquidations are final.

Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases. All items are sold in bulk and may include overstock, shelf pulls, or customer returns.

CONDITION DISCLOSURE

Inventory may vary in condition and may include:
• New items
• Open box items
• Customer returns
• Shelf pulls

Buyers understand and accept that items may not be in perfect condition.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
• Review all available information before purchasing
• Understand the nature of liquidation inventory
• Ask questions prior to completing a purchase

Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Asset Liquidations is not responsible for:
• Manufacturer defects
• Missing components
• Variations in product condition

All sales are final and priced accordingly.
