Terms of Service

Effective date: September 13, 2026

These Terms of Sale and Website Use (“Terms”) apply to direct purchases and use of assetliquidations.org. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, the applicable product listing, and the policies linked on this website and provided with your quote or invoice.

Seller information

The seller is Asset Logistics & Liquidations, operating as Asset Liquidations, 24401 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48089. Contact: (313) 338-9660 or sales@assetliquidations.org.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate billing, shipping, pickup, tax, account, and contact information. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Product condition and listing information

Liquidation inventory may be new, overstock, shelf-pull, open-box, returned, incomplete, used, or show cosmetic or packaging wear. The specific listing controls the stated condition, quantity, included parts, known issues, and fulfillment options. Manufacturer or stock images may be used for identification and may not depict the exact unit or packaging.

Prices, MSRP, discounts, and taxes

The price charged by Asset Liquidations appears in your written quote or QuickBooks invoice. MSRP, retail, or compare-at amounts are reference values based on available manufacturer or retailer information; they may not be our former selling price or the current market price. Any percentage savings is calculated from the displayed reference amount.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change before invoice payment. Applicable taxes, shipping, freight, and other disclosed charges are added to the order total. Applicable sales tax is shown on the invoice. A buyer is treated as tax-exempt only after providing valid resale documentation and receiving approval from Asset Liquidations before invoice payment. Exemption is not retroactive, and customers cannot approve themselves.

Order submission and acceptance

A website request acknowledgment confirms receipt only and does not reserve inventory or guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may verify payment, identity, address, quantity, inventory, pricing, product restrictions, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted when we confirm it can be fulfilled or begin fulfillment.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for inventory or pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud or abuse, resale or legal restrictions, shipping limitations, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel merchandise after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled merchandise and applicable related charges.

Payment

After reviewing your order request, availability and delivery requirements, we email a QuickBooks invoice containing the order total and payment instructions. Follow the instructions on that invoice. The website inquiry form does not collect payment card or bank details or charge you. Any payment provider used may apply its own terms. You may not initiate an improper chargeback instead of first giving us a reasonable opportunity to address an order problem.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping availability, charges, and estimates are reviewed for each request and confirmed in a written quote or invoice. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed. If a shipping delay requires consent or a refund under applicable law, we will provide the required option. See our Shipping & Pickup Policy.

Pickup is available Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6 PM Eastern, with no appointment needed during these hours. Confirm your order is ready before arriving. Buyers are responsible for suitable transportation and securement unless written instructions say otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Most liquidation sales are final. Direct website claims for materially misdescribed, incorrect, or materially shipping-damaged merchandise must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Wholesale terms stated in a quote or invoice control if they differ from the website policy.

Wholesale orders

Unless a written quote or invoice expressly states otherwise, pallet, casepack, bulk, and truckload merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults. No condition mix, recovery rate, retail value, profit, sell-through, completeness, or marketplace eligibility is guaranteed. Buyers must conduct their own evaluation and comply with resale, product-safety, tax, export, marketplace, and legal requirements.

Marketplace transactions

Whatnot, eBay, Amazon, TikTok, Facebook, and other marketplace transactions are agreements completed through that platform and are additionally governed by its payment, shipping, cancellation, return, privacy, and buyer-protection terms. A link to a platform does not make that platform responsible for direct website orders.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content in violation of law or technical restrictions, submit false information, commit fraud, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and liquidation merchandise are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that all content is error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asset Liquidations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. For a direct website transaction, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes, governing law, and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. The version presented when an order is submitted governs that order. These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without limiting non-waivable consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Text messaging (SMS) program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Asset Liquidations related to your order status, quotes, wholesale inquiries, and requested customer-service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Asset logistics and Liquidations llc does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
