- Check the full purchase. Read the item description and review the displayed shipping charges and applicable tax. Bid only when you are ready to buy; winning an auction is a purchase commitment.
Know exactly what you are buying
Before bidding or buying, check these details on the actual listing or ask us in the show:
- Quantity: one item, a multipack, a set or a bundle? Confirm what is included.
- Exact product: brand, model, size, shade, scent or other variation.
- Condition: new, opened packaging, shelf pull or another disclosed condition. Packaging and the product itself may have different condition notes.
- Contents: accessories, attachments, lids, chargers and other pieces included with that specific item.
- Fit and suitability: clothing measurements, appliance compatibility or product-label directions, as relevant.

Kitsch Hair Perfume Mist: what does a two-pack include?
The Warren two-pack contains two 1.7 fl oz bottles of one scent: Sheer Violet or Pistachio Latte, as listed. It is not one bottle of each scent. New items may have outer packaging with stickers, labels, dents, creases or shelf wear. Confirm the scent and inspect the listing photos before choosing.
Carmex Daily Care SPF 15: six sticks, two retail packs
One Warren bundle contains two retail packs of three sticks each: six lip balm sticks total. Flavors shown in representative stock include Fresh Cherry, Strawberry and Wintergreen; check the exact flavor in the offered bundle. Retail cards may have bending, tears, open edges or shelf wear. This is Carmex, and one bundle does not mean six retail multipacks.
Huggies wipes: four packs, not four cases
One Warren bundle contains four retail packs of Huggies wipes. The wipe count in each pack and the variant can differ, so check the labels on the actual bundle. Do not assume a total wipe count from the number of packs alone. Outer packaging may show dents, crushing or shelf wear.
Air Wick Freshmatic: a refill twin pack
The Warren pink White Flowers & Melon offer is one pack containing two automatic spray refill cans. It is a refill offer; do not assume a dispenser is included. Check that your dispenser accepts the exact refills, and review the pack photos and label before buying.
Price and delivery: A warehouse deal and a Whatnot listing may have different purchase arrangements. For a Whatnot purchase, use that listing’s price, selling unit and checkout options, and pay through Whatnot. Confirm any offered pickup appointment before travelling.
Helpful questions by product type
Beauty and personal care
Confirm the exact size, shade or scent, quantity and packaging/seal condition. Read the product label for ingredients and use directions. Ask about any visible date or batch information that matters to your purchase. A brand name alone does not establish the details of the item being sold.
Clothing and accessories
Check the tagged size, measurements when provided, material, condition and whether the purchase includes one piece or a set. Ask about any disclosed marks, missing tags or other differences before buying.
Home goods and small appliances
Confirm the model, dimensions, included parts and disclosed testing status. Do not assume an item includes its original box, instructions or every accessory unless the listing says so.
Shipping, pickup and order help
Use the delivery options shown on the Whatnot listing and checkout. Do not assume free shipping, combined-shipping savings or pickup availability. If pickup is offered and selected, arrange and confirm the appointment before travelling.
For an existing Whatnot order, use the order-help options in Whatnot and include the item and order reference. Keep Whatnot purchase and payment activity on Whatnot.
