Order, shipping or sourcing request Get directions

Marketplace orders: For an existing Whatnot, eBay, Amazon or TikTok order, contact us through that marketplace first and include the order number. This protects your account and keeps the order history attached to the correct transaction.

For direct orders, submit your request and billing details. We review availability and delivery requirements, then email a QuickBooks invoice with payment instructions. Submitting a request does not confirm or reserve inventory.
