Do not travel to the warehouse until you receive a ready-for-pickup message and a confirmed appointment time. Placing an order does not create an immediate pickup appointment.
Pickup expectations
- Bring your order confirmation and valid identification matching the purchaser or approved pickup person.
- Inspect the listing for product size, quantity and condition before checkout.
- Bring suitable transportation, straps, blankets, securement equipment and adequate loading help for your order.
- Loading assistance is not guaranteed unless it is confirmed in writing before pickup.
- Orders must be collected within the pickup window stated in the confirmation message unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
Missed or delayed pickups
If you cannot attend the confirmed appointment, contact us before the scheduled time. Repeated missed appointments or orders left beyond the approved pickup window may be cancelled or handled under the Terms of Sale and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Wholesale freight
Pickup-only applies to ordinary direct website checkout. Separately negotiated wholesale pallets or truckloads may qualify for freight when a written quote is approved. Freight is not available unless it appears in the written wholesale quote or invoice.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed through Whatnot, TikTok Shop or another marketplace follow that platform’s displayed shipping, pickup, cancellation and support rules. Those marketplace terms do not change the pickup-only rule for purchases made directly on this website.
